This Privacy Policy explains how Nexgen Import LLC ("Nexgen," "we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with Arb Engine, an internal performance-marketing analytics, research, experimentation, and decision-support platform.

Information Arb Engine May Access

When authorized by a user, Arb Engine may access Google Ads information through Google's APIs, including Google Ads account identifiers, keyword-planning information, search-volume information, advertising bid and cost metrics, geographic advertising data, and campaign/reporting information when enabled.

Arb Engine may also process information manually entered or imported by its operator, including campaign observations, advertising spend, conversions, buyer or network payouts, and performance data.

How Information Is Used

Information accessed through Google APIs is used only to provide Arb Engine's functionality, including advertising and keyword research, market-opportunity analysis, campaign and conversion analysis, advertising-cost analysis, performance measurement, experiment design, and internal reporting and decision support.

Google user data is not sold, used for unrelated advertising purposes, or shared with unrelated third parties.

Data Storage

Arb Engine currently operates primarily as a locally managed internal application. Research, advertising, and analytics information may be stored in Arb Engine's local databases for historical analysis and application functionality.

OAuth credentials and access tokens are intended to be stored securely in local configuration files or environment variables and are not intentionally published or committed to public source-control repositories.

Data Sharing

We do not sell Google user data. Information may be disclosed only when required by applicable law or legal process, necessary to protect the security or integrity of the service, or necessary to operate infrastructure or services explicitly selected by the operator.

Data Retention and Deletion

Information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Arb Engine's analytics and historical research functionality. Locally stored Arb Engine information can be deleted by the operator. Users may revoke Google account access through their Google Account permissions.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect information handled by Arb Engine. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we do not guarantee absolute security.

Google API Services User Data Policy

Arb Engine's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
